Production lead times
Orders are manufactured and shipped from Europe or the Middle East within 20-25 working days. Note that working days do not include weekends and public holidays.
Shipping rates
Our website displays shipping rates generated by our carrier partner(s). What you see at checkout will depend on your order value & where you are located. If you do not see any rates, please reach out to us at info@fronteriors.co for a customized shipping price.
Live carrier rates can be calculated by adding address details when viewing your cart. Depending on your location, you may have more than one option to choose from. Rates and delivery times will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. Your order might ship in multiple boxes, depending on the size, weights and types of products in the order. You will receive tracking information for each.
Orders weighing 150 lbs or more will be shipped using a freight carrier who specialize in shipping large shipments safely to their destination. Please be prepared to receive oversized palletized boxes that may require the use of a liftgate.
In the event of external disruptions (including but not limited to force majeure events, carrier restrictions, or geopolitical conditions, war, natural disasters), shipping of your order may be delayed and shipping costs may increase after an order is placed. In such cases, customers will be informed and required to approve any additional charges prior to dispatch.
Extreme length surcharges
Please be advised that shipments containing one or more components exceeding a length of 233cm / 92 inches may be subject to an Extreme Length surcharge of USD 265 which is imposed by the shipping carrier. Delivery Times
In all instances, estimated transit time is typically between 5-14 working days, but could take longer depending on the carrier’s service ability. Bear in mind that delivery time is production lead time + transit time.
Delivery Access
Our shipping prices cover standard deliveries to accessible locations. In the case of kitchens and/or larger palletized freight shipments that are oversized and/or very heavy, this would be limited to curb-side delivery. Please note that any additional fees charged by the shipping company as a result of special services for complicated delivery access, re-delivery due to customer absence, an incorrect address, storage fees, failure to pay duties, etc. will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Kindly open your packages on receipt of delivery, so that in the rare event of shipping damage or missing items, we can be informed ASAP. Any damage, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. In order to submit a claim to the carrier, it is essential to capture photos of the damaged packaging and products and to report visible packaging damage as a comment when signing for the delivery. Send photos and an explanation of the circumstances to info@fronteriors.co on receipt of delivery. Ensure that you keep all packaging and damaged items, as the shipping company may claim these as part of their damage investigation.
Customs & Duties
We ship US orders from Europe, the Middle East, and occasionally the US. Fronteriors currently offers US customers an all-inclusive, tariff-free order experience. If tariffs change significantly and unexpectedly, additional costs may be reviewed separately—always communicated clearly, transparently, and fairly.
Please reach out to us for current information relating to US tariffs. If you are based outside of the USA you will be asked to pay custom duties/tax on delivery of your order, in accordance with your country's tariffs.
Note that documentation may be requested by the customs team or carriers. We supply all required documentation with the shipment, but occasionally the customs team or their appointed agents may contact the receiver directly for further information.

Shipping to Canada
When shipping to Canada, import duties and other other fees/taxes may apply. These duties are imposed by the Canadian customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient to ensure customs clearance and successful delivery of the shipment.
