US Manufacturing

US manufacturing temporarily suspended

We have had to temporarily suspend our US manufacturing due to recent quality challenges. Thankfully, we have two factories in other regions who are able to fulfil our orders while we resolve this.

With immediate effect and until further notice, US orders are being shipped from one of our factories in Europe or the Middle East where we have absolute quality assurance. Additional shipping and duties are covered by us so that you enjoy no interruption to your order. Production time remains 20-25 working days however shipping times may increase to a maximum 7-10 days.

For customers in Canada: As with shipments from the US, you will be required to pay duties on import.
