Refunds and returns
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes as we hold no stock and manufacture to each specific order. The unique ordering implies that there is no right of return on Fronteriors Inc. products. In case of ordering errors on your part, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or refunds. It is therefore essential that you check your order carefully before proceeding with payment. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the rare event of shipping damage, missing or incorrect items, we should be informed ASAP. Any damage, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. In order to submit a claim to the carrier, it is essential to capture photos of the damaged packaging and products and to report visible packaging damage as a comment when signing for the delivery. Send photos and an explanation of the circumstances to info@fronteriors.co on receipt of delivery. Ensure that you keep all packaging and damaged items, as the shipping company may claim these as part of their damage investigation.
