Frequently asked questions.
Are you products made with laminates, thermofoils or vinyls?
No. All of our products have a MDF core which is finished with real wood veneer, high quality paint or both. Some designs have authentic cane weaves or real textile.
Where are the products manufactured and shipped from?
We produce our products in Europe, the Middle East, and the USA, choosing manufacturing partners based on quality, material availability, and specialized skills.
How long will my order take?
All of our products are made-to-order with a manufacturing lead time of 20-25 working days. Depending on your location and the size of the order, shipping can take 4-14 days.

Description
For the person wanting to refresh their existing IKEA kitchen or starting from scratch with a new one.
What’s included:
- A 40 minute consultation via video call. Our design team will review your IKEA kitchen plan to help with selecting the design and colour combinations best suited to the space, making recommendations to improve the functionality and design, where necessary.
- This service does not include mechanical, electrical, or plumbing planning. This should be done with the IKEA kitchen planning team or your appointed contractor. If you don't have an IKEA plan started, we can create one for you for an additional USD 100.
- A design document that includes a floor plan, 3D elevation and 2D visuals for your kitchen design. This document will also serve as a guideline for your Fronteriors installation with details on the placement and orientation of all doors, drawers, fillers, and appliances. Two rounds of revisions are included, thereafter charged at a fee of USD 50 per revision.
- Quotation for all the required Fronteriors components and a pre-filled Fronteriors cart (draft order) sent to you by email for easy check-out.
