We're proud to offer products that are manufactured geographically close to our customers. That's why we've teamed up with manufacturing partners in various regions. Quality is our priority, and we're dedicated to upholding the highest standards, no matter what. True to our word on that, recent quality concerns have meant that we've had to temporarily pause manufacturing in the US. But don't worry, your orders are in good hands. Our factories in Europe or the Middle East are stepping up to the plate, ensuring your orders are fulfilled seamlessly while we deal with this learning curve.
We're covering any extra shipping charges or duties, so you can sit back and enjoy the usual seamless experience at no extra cost. While production time remains steady at 20-25 working days, shipping might take a tad longer, max of 7-10 days.
