A heads up on holiday shipping.
As we approach the last quarter of the year, and based on our experience with the busy holiday season, we’d love to help you plan ahead so your orders arrive smoothly (and without unnecessary shipping costs).
- Orders placed by 15 October will ship before the seasonal increase in shipping rates that happens ahead of the year-end holidays.
- Orders placed after 15 October will leave our factory from 10 January onwards, even if production finishes earlier.
- If you place an order after 15 October and would like it delivered before Christmas, a temporary holiday shipping surcharge will apply. Whilst we’ll do everything we can to get it to you on time, please note that from experience, we know that shipping delays are common during this busy period.

The rates on our website are automatically generated by our delivery partners. At this time of year, rates tend to fluctuate upwards due to holiday demand. Please reach out to us if you feel the shipping looks excessive — whist we can’t promise anything, we can certainly try to shop around for a better deal.
