Based on our experience with the busy holiday season, we’d love to help you plan ahead so your orders arrive smoothly (and without unnecessary shipping costs).
- Orders placed by 15 October will ship before the seasonal increase in shipping rates that happens ahead of the year-end holidays.
- Orders placed after 15 October will leave our factory from 10 January onwards, even if production finishes earlier.
- Please note that orders placed in December may be subject to an extended lead time of up to 10 additional working days due to factory closure over the holidays.

The rates on our website are automatically generated by our delivery partners. At this time of year, rates tend to fluctuate upwards due to holiday demand. Please reach out to us if you feel the shipping looks excessive — whist we can’t promise anything, we can certainly try to shop around for a better deal.
